By accessing or using Skanare, you agree to use the website and its services lawfully and in accordance with these terms.

Orders are subject to successful payment and acceptance through the Skanare order system.

If an order cannot be fulfilled, we may contact the customer regarding an appropriate resolution.

5. Dynamic QR products

Certain Skanare products contain unique dynamic QR codes.

A dynamic QR can remain physically unchanged while its online destination URL is updated through supported Skanare features.

6. QR destination responsibility

Customers are responsible for the content and legality of URLs they assign to their QR codes.

QR destinations must not intentionally direct users to malicious, deceptive, unlawful or harmful content.

7. Customer accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

8. Intellectual property

The Skanare name, branding, original website content, graphics and other protected materials remain subject to applicable intellectual property rights.

9. Service availability

We aim to keep the Skanare website and dynamic QR services available and operational.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, third-party services, technical issues or events outside our reasonable control.
