We designed the Skanare checkout experience to keep payment processing and account access secure and straightforward.
Secure online payments
Card payments on Skanare are processed through Viva.com using its secure checkout environment.
Skanare does not need to store your complete payment card number in order to process and fulfil your purchase.
Payment confirmation
An order is treated as successfully paid only after payment confirmation is received through our payment processing system.
Once payment is confirmed, the order can proceed to fulfilment and any eligible dynamic QR product can be assigned to your account.
Account security
Customer accounts are protected through authenticated access.
Certain account functions, including management of purchased QR codes, are available only to the authenticated account associated with those products.
Your dynamic QR
Each eligible dynamic QR product is associated with a unique QR identifier.
Updating the destination URL does not require replacing the QR printed on your physical Skanare product.
Suspicious activity
If you believe someone has gained unauthorised access to your Skanare account, change your password and contact us as soon as possible.
